List splitter configurations

GET

https://v1.vocu.ai/api/splitter

Paginated list of the current user's splitter configurations, newest createdAt first.

offset / limit pagination, no cursor; detect the last page when fewer items than limit are returned. See the "Pagination" document.
This endpoint also returns a top-level total, with a maximum limit of 50.
