Delete Template with Specified ID

https://v1.vocu.ai/api/template/{id}

After deletion the template disappears from the list and detail endpoints. This cannot be undone.

If the template came from the community (from === 'community'), the delete also clears its "added to library" marker, so it can be added again later.

A template that does not exist or belongs to someone else returns 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND. Deleting the same template twice returns 404 on the second call.

The response is just { status: 200 } with no data.
